Doesn’t anyone want to win a Nokia N97?

I kicked off a contest a week ago and have yet to receive a single video or photo entry to win this $500+ Nokia smartphone. I received a couple of emails and Tweet entries so anyone submitting a photo or video has an excellent chance at winning this device. The Nokia N97 is a solid smartphone that will get even better when the 2.0 firmware update is released. It also is SIM unlocked so it will work with AT&T and T-Mobile here in the U.S. I have used mine with both carriers and confirm it works like a champ with both.

It is not difficult to record a video or take a photo explaining why you want the N97. You still have two weeks to enter and I sure hope we get some compelling entries for the contest.

I’m having the same problem with the N97 giveaway I’m having for UK & Ireland only. Only had 1 entry for my Vlingo & nokiAAddict competition so far?

The N97 is not that bad a phone!

yay me – i entered! and for those wishing it wasn’t USA only: i feel the same way about lots of other competitions. this is maybe the 3rd N97 giveaway i’ve seen and only the first one that includes USA.

I know we have many readers here from outside the US, but my focus here on Nokia Experts is to discuss Nokia in the US. There are other sites outside the US with these sorts of contests and I recommend you check them out and enter those contests. We will have some here open to the whole world, but not this one. This particular N97 is also a NAM (North American) optimized model.

BTW, thanks for the great entries today and I look forward to seeing what you all send in over the next couple of weeks.

Even if it’s for outside US I would’nt have entered , got 2 of these in the family and being the resident Nokia expert , had to fix the damn things now and then , my interim Nokia 5800 XM works better than the ‘flagship’

So what you’re saying is that you’re running a contest where people have to say WHY they want a N97, and nobody has yet to come up with a single reason?
