Vlingo does not work with out internet connected, even free version of this asks for connection.

Is there any way we can use this offline ????

I have used Vlingo on the BlackBerry. I licked it, but ultimately decided that I don't want to talk to my phone. I prefer to type.

I had it on N97 V12 and it worked so-so for text messaging. As texting and driving is illegal here in Calif (should be everywhere) I liked that I could speak and have it convert to text. Well so I thought.

It didn't really work well. My car is very quiet on the inside and as there was no radio the ambient noise was barely perceptible. Yet Vlingo kept adding the letter in in front of multiple words. Could it be my So Cal surfer accent dude? Nope, haven't got one bro.

I have tested it a couple of times with the new f/w and if it does work consistently then it is worth the money! However, if it doesn't I'm stuck with it as there is no way to remove it as it is burned in and is no longer shown in the Applications Manager tool.

Very cool of Nokia to put this app in the firmware, a bit of a downer that parts of it are trialware.
