Nice enough, but I’m not going to drop money on this until Nokia say what is happening with a free updated Maps like they have for their Symbian handsets…

I am keeping my fingers crossed the product comes down in price or Nokia upgrades Maps for the N900. I actually needed Maps this weekend as I was not in my car and therefore couldn’t use the car’s guidance system. To say that Ovi Maps for the N900 stinks is better than the choice words I had for it this weekend. Thankfully someone let us borrow their Garmin and write down the directions since we had no address or “name” to use to search in Ovi Maps.
