North American Nokia 5800 available for pre-order, coupons available too
I posted my review of the Nokia 5800 and am quite happy with my own blue 5800, but the one I purchased is a Euro version with no support for US 3G wireless networks. People have been waiting for the North American model (NAM) and it now looks like you can pre-order it for $399 from Nokia USA. Mark posted on how you can actually get a device for as low as $339 on The Nokia Blog so check out his post. With this same coupon you could get the E63 for less than $250 too. Actually, the best coupon deals require you to buy two devices so pre-ordering a Nokia E63 and a 5800 saves you just over $100 between the two.
I am not sure which color 5800 they are making available for pre-order since it is not specifically listed on the site. There is no expiration date noted for the coupons so if you are thinking about one or both of these devices, or even something else like a Nokia E71 I would order sooner rather than later before the coupons expire.

Unfortunatly according to the specs it will only work on the AT&T 3G. Will only be Edge with T-Mobile. I am bummed. I don’t want to have to switch carriers. If they went to the trouble to add the 1900mhz why couldn’t they add the 1700mhz? Come on Nokia. Until the carriers specifically start pimpin’ out your phones, make them usable across the carriers and you’ll get more sales!

tmobiles 3g network is probably not ready for that many phones i think the G1 is the only 3g phone on the network. ATT has a bigger network i get flawless reception with my e71 everywhere i go
I wonder if this device still has this firmware bug: http://symbiancorner.blogspot.com/2009/02/nokia-5800-error-certificate-solution.html
