		<description>&lt;p&gt;I don&#039;t see this happening. Both Verizon and Nokia have their own user revenue generating services ie; VCast, Ovi.
Knowing Verizon&#039;s marketing history it is doubtful they would let a phone on their network with a competing revenue platform. 
Also, Nokia will not be able to mass market phones in the U.S. without Ovi installed, it goes against their global marketing strategy.&lt;/p&gt;
