Sorry to turn this into an E71 discussion, but having your data survive firmware updates would help! Hmmm I guess that E71x is looking pretty nice now!

The only thing missing from the e71 is firmware over the air.In other words, an e71 with FP2 is to be preferred to the e75.

Brad, I want to see an E71 with a usable camera, 3.5mm audio jack, and maybe a higher resolution display too.

Micah, I can actually type very quickly on my E71 keyboard. Then again, as the MoTR guy say, I have "magic" thumbs ;)

If they can make this about the same thickness of the E66, or even a little more. I really like the E71, but the buttons are too small to do any real typing. The E75 looks to be a real winner, as long as they can keep it reasonably trim.

I'll wait for a E71 replacement with a higher res OLED screen, N-series video performance, better camera, higher microSD capacity and possibly 3.5 audio jack. I wouldn't mind it being a few mm wider either. Hopefully, it won,t be more than two years...

That said, this phone is the one I would have picked up if it was out when I bought my E71. Just because it's what I thought I wanted back then. It's a form factoer that's getting popular and Nokia needs one. I wonder if it's weird having the display off center in horizontal mode? Now that I have the E71 though, I'm hooked!

So you think it is a better form factor than the E71? I tend to go back to my forward facing QWERTY devices (prefer my Treo Pro over my Fuze). I am not sure I am willing to give up the slimness of the E71 for something like the E75.

As I mentioned on twitter, don't forget that Nokia has been incredibly lax (or so it seems) with Eseries leaks. The E71 was leaked MONTHS before its announcement, with BGR doing a full hands-on video review roughly 4 months before the official acknowledgement. The E66 was similarly leaked, and Nokia itself sent out review units of the E63 a day ahead of the actual announcement.

I would love to see the E75 announced at MWC, cause that means it would hopefully be available soon, and as long as there's a NAM variant, it'll quickly be replacing my E71.
