I really found mine to be quite useful -- until I dropped it, wrecking the screen. 
Replaced it with an E75, but missed a couple of features from the 71 (BT keyboard drivers, the Conversation SMS app) and haven&#039;t quite gotten used to the keyboard yet. 
I may end up with one.&lt;/p&gt;

		<description>&lt;p&gt;I pulled the trigger since I just got my credit back from my N97 return. My E71 has never failed me, but adding a regular headphone plug and decent camera means that I will use the E72 more for media and photos.&lt;/p&gt;
