i own the n900 i was one of the first to recieve it in the uk on launch day before xmas .

in the few weeks i have owned it there hasent been a day go by were i havent played with it and always find something new on it . apps are been made daily for it now as well as been able to customize the firmware of the device . ovi is in development for guidance as well as sygic .

one of the good point is as an app gets upgraded your n900 lets you know that an update is available and lets you upgrade OTA just like it does with the firmware .

maybe it will never win in sales with the i phone ,dont forget the iphone has got a 3 year head start .

but for elite , a n900 says it all .

everyone has an i phone a bit like most reps drive a mondeo

the n900 is a more refined piece of kit ,but you need to own one to understand this

iphone is far better than n900 in my opinion. i had an iphone for more than a year before i broke it (my fault not the phones) so decided to try the n900. i must admit, the n900 is a good phone with its briliant camera and the internet explorer with flash which is brilliant for youtube and other video sites. but, i have to say that the iphone is hands down the best phone i have ever used. sure the n900 is powerful, but the iphone is equally as powerful and might not support multi-tasking but is still very quick and the apps are amazing on it. you may think im one of those people who like style and fashion over hardware but im not, i love hardware much more than all that style stuff lol. the iphone is also the most easily used phone ever and beats the n900 for ease of use easily and.. well its just amazing lol, what else can i say…

N900 is better than Iphone, Iphone is better than N900.

how is it possible?

depends on what the user thinks.

you can try to compare the two, but you will fail miserably. have a good day.

The screen really is not as good as capacitive. You have to use it to understand. When I used the demo at the nokia store, I thought it was also slow to web browse (even on wifi).

I am disappointed to see that well known blogs are reporting that the screen is still relatively unresponsive to touch? My impression was that it was really very responsive. (I am talking about Gigaom and engadget)
