You guys must all remember the handy phrase "not of merchantable quality" also that, in the UK at least, all items purchased have a 12 month replacement guarantee antway. Hi, I have the same problem as yours too! mine’s also just 2-3weeks after its usb port got loosen from charging. it was denied from my service provider too. and now im having a real REAL problem because i can’t find the cable to replace it.
