Google Voice application being developed for S60 platform, try it now

Google Voice application being developed for S60 platform, try it nowOne of the reasons I enjoy using Google Android devices is for the excellent support of Google Voice. I just read over on Symbian-Guru.com that there is a Google Voice application being developed. The developer is looking for beta testers to try it out and help refine the application. GoogleVoiceForS60 looks pretty decent and I will have to load it up and try it out soon.

GoogleVoiceForS60 lets you make calls and send text messages through the application. Voice calls will use your plan minutes, but it still saves on foreign calls. It looks like SMS goes through with no issues and this may be the way to stay in touch with my friends from the UK at low rates. There are three steps listed on the Symbian-Guru.com site so if you use Google Voice check it out and provide feedback.
