Deal Alert: Saturday deals on E75 and N97 you don’t want to miss
I was just browsing through my Twitter feed and saw these amazing deals appear on Molly’s Twitter feed, Saturday – Sale on Nokiausa.com 50% off MSRP on E75. 15% off MSRP on N97. and more. Seriously.E75 – 50% off MSRP N97 – 15% off MSRP This makes the E75 only $265 (regularly $529) and the N97 $594.15 ($699). Dang, I may have to look around at all these devices I have and see if I can swing selling one for the E75 (check out my earlier first impressions). The E75 is an incredible device and this is an incredible deal. If you look at the site now you won’t see it up, remember this is a Saturday only sale. Check out the Nokia USA site tomorrow.
UPDATE: I understand this sale will only be for 3 hours! So check Nokia USA from 9 pm until midnight, 20 June CST (is that Central Standard Time or Central Daylight Time). A three hour sale may be a bit of a hassle and open Nokia USA up to issues as people try to figure out proper time zones, etc. and with the rather lame N97 customer support from Nokia USA (lack of information, wrong information, etc.) I hope the 3-hour sale goes off without a hitch.

Consider the following:
Return policy: if you don’t like the device and want to return it, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Exchange policy: if your unit is defective and you want to replace it, you will be prompted to re-order the product (getting your credit card charged again), return your phone and then wait for the refund. That, considering you will be able to talk to their Sales Department (they left me and a couple of other people on hold for over 1 hour!).

What ever happened to the E55? I was really looking forward to that phone, and it seems it never really materialized?

I wonder if the $50 rebate on the E75 will also be applicable. If so, it’s an even better deal (a really good deal already). Makes me think that Nokia is having a hard time selling the E75 in the US.
Sad part is that all this does (at least for the N97) is put it back on part with Amazon’s initial preorder price, except it doesn’t even do that because you get hit with tax + shipping also…
Also Dell has had the 5800 with $90-100 off for quite a while already.

I ordered the E75 half an hour ago for $293.85 with tax and shipping. Hope Nokia will send it without problems this time.
