When you go to a video it doesn't load at all. It says the length of the video is 0:00/0:00. So i have to switch to the realplayer to watch it, but the quality is horrible. I had to pull out my battery to "reset" it, after that, I can't type my PIN or anything else. (so I can't do a hard reset, since I have to type something in for that...).
